Cancellation of Transactions
Please note the following terms regarding transaction cancellations at Anytimepe:
- Payments once successfully processed to a Biller or Merchant cannot be cancelled or reversed.
- Users cannot cancel a transaction after entering their secure MPIN or OTP.
Failed Transactions
In cases where a transaction is not completed but the amount is debited:
- The amount will be automatically refunded by the banking system within 5 to 7 working days.
- Anytimepe is not liable for delays caused by the user's bank or the NPCI switch.
- No manual cancellation request is required for transactions marked as 'Failed' in the app.
Subscription & Recurring Payments
For automated or recurring bill payment services:
- Cancellations for recurring payments must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled date.
- Once a recurring payment is triggered, it cannot be stopped or cancelled for that billing cycle.
