Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds at Anytimepe are processed under the following specific conditions:
- Refunds are only applicable for transactions that are marked as 'Failed' but where money has been debited from the user's account.
- In case of a successful transaction, no refund will be provided as the service or value has already been delivered to the biller/merchant.
- Double payments for the same bill will be identified and refunded after verification by the banking partners.
Refund Timeline and Process
The timeline for the credited amount to reflect in your account is as follows:
- Failed transactions are generally auto-refunded within 5 to 7 working days.
- The refund will always be credited back to the original source of payment (e.g., your Bank Account, Wallet, or Credit/Debit card).
- Anytimepe shall not be responsible for any delays in the refund process caused by the bank or NPCI systems.
Non-Refundable Charges
Please be aware that certain charges are not subject to refund:
- Convenience fees, platform fees, or any service taxes charged at the time of payment are non-refundable.
- Refund requests for wrong mobile numbers or incorrect biller details entered by the user will not be entertained.
