Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our bill payment services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including visitors, registered users, and service providers.
User Eligibility and Registration
- Age : You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use these services.
- Accuracy : You are responsible for providing correct consumer identifiers (e.g., Consumer ID, Account Number, Mobile Number). Anytimepe is not liable for payments made to incorrect accounts due to user error.
Transaction and Payment Terms
- Payment Authorization: By initiating a transaction, you authorize Anytimepe to debit the specified amount from your selected payment method (UPI, Wallet, Debit/Credit Card, etc.) and remit it to the respective Biller.
- Convenience Fees: Anytimepe reserves the right to charge a nominal convenience or service fee for processing certain billers. Any such fees will be displayed transparently before the final checkout.
- Taxes: All payments are subject to applicable taxes, including GST, as per Indian Law.
Confirmation and Receipts
- Instant Confirmation : Upon successful completion of a transaction, a digital receipt with a unique BBPS Transaction Reference Number will be generated.
- Biller Update : While the payment confirmation is instant, the actual reflection of the payment in the Biller’s records may take 2–3 business days, depending on the Biller’s settlement cycle.
Refunds and Failed Transactions
- Failed Transactions : If your account is debited but a transaction ID is not generated, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment source within 5–7 business days.
- Successful Payments: Once a payment is successfully processed and a BBPS ID is generated, it cannot be cancelled or refunded by Anytimepe. Any disputes regarding the bill amount must be taken up directly with the Biller.
Customer Grievance Redressal
In accordance with RBI guidelines, Anytimepe provides a centralized dispute management system.
- Status Tracking : You can track the status of your complaints using the Transaction Reference Number.
- Timelines: We aim to resolve all BBPS-related grievances within the Turnaround Time (TAT) prescribed by NBBL (typically T+2 to T+7 days).
Privacy and Data Security
- Data Usage : Your transaction data is used solely for the purpose of completing the bill payment.
- Confidentiality : We do not share your sensitive financial information with third parties, except as required by law or to facilitate the transaction through the BBPS switch.
Limitation of Liability
Anytimepe shall not be held liable for:
- Delays in biller updates or service disconnections by the biller.
- Errors caused by technical snags in the NPCI/NBBL switch or the Biller’s server.
- Rejection of payments by the Biller for any reason.
